Since our inception in 1969, we at Biloree Cast (I) Pvt Ltd. have become a leading brand as a manufacturer and exporter of wet and dry cylinders liners, sleeves and other custom made casting parts for automobile and commercial engine applications. All our critical engine components are manufactured using an advanced centrifugal casting process that helps us cast our products with accuracy and precision. Our prime focus is giving our customers a competitive edge by crafting zero error products at best prices.

Our entire manufacturing is in-house, and with extensive expertise in Metallurgy, Machining and Honing, we provide casting solutions across a wide variety of alloy choices, and other specifications. Our success rate has been rising phenomenally since our infrastructure, processes, focus on R&D, and inclination towards technological innovations gives us better control over the overall quality of the products.

Constant investment in technology and state-of-art machinery has also expanded our capabilities to cater to the heavy machinery industry including earthmoving machines and marine engines.

The Tale of a Selfmade Entrepreneur

Our Chairman, Mr Maganbhai. J. Patel was born to a farmer living in a small village. He completed his schooling and graduation in a small town near Rajkot, India. He started off being a teacher in a government school before taking a big leap. With the help of his colleagues, he finally moved to “Rajkot”. In the 1960s, with the vision of achieving higher milestones and the mission of moving ahead to attain them, he put forth his first step in the world of ‘Engines Spares’. During those days, ‘Lister and Peter Engines’ were in demand globally so he started manufacturing them on small scale. Further, to capture a greater market area, he insisted on platting chrome on cylinder liners which turned out to be a huge success. With the help of this small yet effective step with his expertise and diversification helped him enrol “Biloree Cast (I) Pvt Ltd” on a large scale. Recognising the need of the hour for developing India, BCIPL expanded its body by setting up a large manufacturing facility that consisted of an in-house Foundry and Machining Shop. He guided with his full potential and elevated the company to become one of the most prestigious manufacturers of centrifugally casted cylinder liners in India.

Also, we do not believe in out-sourcing any components. The team is driven by the quest for continual improvement in all operations. So, our team works day and night to achieve the result-oriented target. We take pride with more than 350 employees in our team presently.

Empowering Engines since 1969

2013

Expanded New foundry and increased production capacity by 200 tones/month. There was also an addition of 20 new CNC machines.

2014

Developed new ‘Spiney Lock Liners’.

2015

Inaugurated new corporate office and eventually also got awarded as 'The Best Supplier' from Mahindra Swaraj Tractors.

2016

Added ‘ace designers’ to our clientele and developed new setup for flywheel (Green sand casting and CNC Machine Shop)

2017

Added ‘escorts’ to our clientele and also started using high GSM plastic returnable packaging to ensure safer and quicker deliveries. We also installed ultrasonic cleaning machine to control millipore value for critical engine components.

2018

Expanded Foundry capacity by another 400 tons/month. There was also an addition of 40 new CNC, grinding and honing machines.

2019

Installed eddy current crack detection machine.

2020

New expansion of foundry and machine shop increasing capacity by 300 tons/month.
